This massage treatment translates to mean, “to touch with loving hands.” Enjoy the soft sounds of Hawaiian music and the gentle crash of the ocean waves while your therapist uses her forearms, and elbows to the rhythms of the Hula and the power of focused breath to relax the body.

Hawaiian Pohaku
Hawaiians believe that powerful healing Mana is held in lava stones. Using this concept, smooth sacred basalt lava stones are warmed and placed on the body along with Kukui and coconut oil. Increases circulation and joint mobility.

Deep Tissue
Releases the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger and elbow pressure on the contracted areas.  

Swedish
This classic technique is rythmatic and fluid. Using a system of long strokes, kneading and friction on the more superficial layers of the muscles, it increases circulation, reduces tension detoxifies and alleviates jet lag or fatigue.
